All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We are committed to prompt fulfilment and reliable delivery on every order placed.

Dispatch

Orders received before 3:00 PM (GMT/BST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the following business day.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent via tracked courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. A tracking reference will be provided upon dispatch.

Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or product identification.

Free Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all UK orders exceeding £75.

International Orders

We currently fulfil orders within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
